When should I pay?
You don’t need to pay us any deposit.
Generally, you pay only after you got the Proof of Delivery.
1. For sea shipment: against the copy of B/L in 7 days
The B/L can be issued the same day as the vessel depart from the loading port. We’ll send you the copy of B/L as the proof of delivery.
After your payment, we can telex release the B/L or send the originals out.
2. For air shipment: before the airplane depart
When the freight delivered to our warehouse at the airport, we’ll verify the dimension and calculate the chargeable weight. Then the total amount can be determined. A rough AWB can be provided as the proof of delivery.
After your payment, we’ll arrange the earliest available plane to load and depart (usually the same day or the next day). And the final AWB will be sent to you immediately.
3. For courier shipment: before the airplane depart
When the freight delivered to our warehouse, we’ll verify the dimension and calculate the chargeable weight. Then the total amount can be determined. A package photo can be provided as the proof of delivery.
After your payment, we’ll hand the package to the courier carrier, such as DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT. Then you can track your shipment on their websites with the courier number we provided.
What payment methods can I choose?
- Western Union
Please note, if through T/T, we need 2 or 3 business days to confirm the payment. And the wrong beneficiary name, or even address, can delay the payment for weeks.
You’d better select Western Union when shipping by air (air freight and courier freight). Because we can receive the money in minutes, and then proceed immediately to save time for you.
Simply go to your local Western Union branch, bank that supports Western Union payment or visit the Western Union Website to complete payment. The transfer fee can be lower to USD14 for under the amount USD1000, while USD18 for USD1000-USD2000.
* Please choose “Cash at an agent location” as the payout/delivery options when you do the WU transfer.
MoneyGram can be a good alternative.
We strongly suggest you pay the freight through Western Union if the amount is less than USD1500. It’s fast and convenient. More importantly, it cost less than T/T.

You are paying charges for our services to forward your goods overseas. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the price and services offered, as once the goods have been despatched from China, no refunds will be allowed.
Should you wish to cancel you must do so 72 hours prior to your shipment departing China. You will not be able to cancel after this time. If you do cancel you will still be liable for any charges incurred such as (but not limited to) any collection charges, storage charges, handling or packing charges.
Please note, factors such as arrival/loading late, dimension changes and changes to the original booking details are allowed in freight industry. All of these can not be reasons for cancelling the order.
